Null Amulet

The Null Amulet carries the largest stat bonuses of any necklace in the game, +36 to every attribute, at the cost of the one thing the game is built around: it denies all experience gain while worn.

That trade is the whole item. It is worn for the raw numbers in situations where experience does not matter, and taken off again for anything else. Forging one is itself worth a great deal of Forging experience.
